St George Community provides reliable and accessible transport for people living with disability throughout the St George area and surrounding suburbs.

Our friendly drivers collect you from your home, take you to your destination and return you safely afterwards. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available for people with mobility and accessibility requirements.

If you have an NDIS plan, St George Community is a Registered NDIS Provider and may be able to provide transport and community access supports using your plan.

Transport, support or both?

Some participants need transport from one place to another. Others may also need assistance from a support worker to attend an appointment, complete their shopping or participate in an activity.

St George Community can provide:

• Transport only
• One-to-one support in the community
• Transport together with community access support

Our NDIS team can discuss your needs and help determine the most suitable arrangement.

Using your NDIS plan

If you have an NDIS plan, transport or community access support may be available where appropriate funding is included in your plan.

You do not need to understand your plan’s funding categories before contacting us. Our NDIS team can discuss the support you need and whether St George Community may be able to provide it.
