The Community Transport Program (CTP) provides transport for people under 65 who are experiencing transport disadvantage and are not receiving assistance through another government-subsidised transport program.

You can enquire for yourself or on behalf of a family member, client or patient.
Referrals from GPs, health professionals, social workers and other service providers are also welcome.
A contribution towards the cost of your transport may apply. Our team will explain any applicable fees before your booking is confirmed.
