St George Community provides safe, reliable and accessible transport for individuals, community groups and organisations throughout the St George area and surrounding suburbs.
Whether you need door-to-door transport for yourself, extra support because of disability or mobility needs, or bus hire for a group outing, our friendly team can help you find the right option.
Choose the option that best describes you or the person you are helping. Family members, carers, support coordinators, health professionals and service providers are also welcome to enquire or make a referral.
Individual Transport supports people aged 65 and over, or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 and over, with transport to appointments, shopping and other important destinations.
You can enquire for yourself or on behalf of a family member, client or patient.
The Community Transport Program (CTP) may be able to help if you are under 65 and have limited or no access to suitable transport because of illness, injury, disability, where you live or other circumstances.
Eligible people may be able to access transport for medical and personal appointments, shopping, essential services and other important activities.
You can enquire for yourself or make a referral for a family member, patient or client.
We provide safe, accessible transport for people living with with disability, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles. We can help you travel to appointments, work or study, social activities and other places in your community.
St George Community is a Registered NDIS Provider and may be able to provide transport and community access supports using your plan.
