2025 Client Satisfaction Survey Results

More than 200 clients took part in our 2025 Client Satisfaction Survey, sharing their experiences with St George Community. The results show high levels of satisfaction, and valuable feedback to help us keep improving.

Overall Satisfaction (What You Told Us)

The results are overwhelmingly positive:

  • 96% of clients would recommend our services
  • An average satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5
  • Over 90% rated our staff as Very Good or Excellent

What Clients Value Most

Clients told us they value:

  • Friendly, caring drivers & carers who go above and beyond
  • Reliable and safe transport that gives confidence and peace of mind
  • Helpful office staff, with 94% rating them Very Good or Excellent
  • Social connection & companionship, with outings helping to reduce isolation

Feedback Themes

Clients also provided constructive feedback, with common themes including:

  • Pick-up times and travel duration
  • Comfort on longer trips
  • Affordability once meals and extras are added
  • Clearer communication with emails
  • More hard-copy newsletters
  • Name tags on outings to make socialising easier
